When purchasing items from third-party retailers, those retailers' applicable terms, return policies, exchange conditions, shipping procedures, and warranties generally govern the transactions.
Where Style Architect purchases or facilitates purchases on a client's behalf, the applicable service agreement or written shopping authorization will define purchasing authority, budgets, payment arrangements, returns, reimbursements, and responsibilities.
Style Architect is not responsible for the independent acts, omissions, or policies of third-party retailers, except as required by law or expressly agreed in writing.
